A Primal Week: Day 1


Dude, there’s a lot of fad diets out there! I’m not one to diet, I don’t need to. I could fit into my blue jeans from high school, easy. But why not jump in feet first to the Primal Life (and). Eating and moving like a caveman, yup sounds about right. Wow I sort of already do that! So for a week I’m going to show off my hunting skills, blah blah man.

I like to mountain bike and I just bought a Sony HD video camera. Here is their friendship blossominging:

The Primal Lifestyle calls for good food: namely meat, eggs, fish, veggies, fruits, nuts and seeds. Screw off grains, screw off breads and pastas.
